Ordained in the Disciples of Christ, Christian Church Spencer has a long history of spiritual entrepreneurship in Southern California. He was a teaching pastor at Mariner’s Church; the creator/author/speaker of The OOZE, where cutting-edge ministries came together to collaborate. He was most recently Minister of Innovation and New Church Development at the Pacific Southwest Region of the Disciples of Christ Christian Church. (His office was right over on Wilshire next to First Christian.) He is currently the Founding Executive Director of Lean Faith. 

More importantly, Spencer is deeply in love with the church and with God, is engaging and relational, and is excited to see what interesting things we can all do together.
